The Olive Tree Initiative:
From 2010 to 2015 I was the Education Director for the Olive Tree Initiative (OTI), a university-based organization that promotes conflict analysis and resolution through rigorous academic preparation, experiential education and leadership development. As the Education Director, I organized, created and conducted 32 weeks of education sessions on the Arab-Israeli conflict.
